We start with careful selection of ethically sourced coffees which are then roasted individually in small batches (as opposed to pre-blended), using a computerised profiler to keep things consistent. The coffee is then blended and aged (if espresso) before it's ready to be shipped or ridden out. Keen to purchase some? Choose from the options below.

Eighthirty espresso blend
Features ethically sourced coffees from Papua New Guinea, Sumatra, Colombia & Mexico. This is a great coffee to make espresso, be it with a La Marzocco or a Bialetti. We build this blend around the body and low tones of the Sumatran Mandheling which we roast slower than usual to add some chocolate notes, then we add the brighter coffee's to give it the high notes & a touch of fruit & citrus to round it off.If you drink espresso with milk this is the blend you're after.
Brazil Epanema Gourmet/Espresso
These rain forest alliance certified coffees come from one of Brazils finest coffee estate's.This single origin makes a fantastic espresso with lots of crema, good body & mellow acidity.Perfect if you drink your coffee black.
Sumatran Mandheling:
Mandheling is “wet-hulled”, a coffee processing technique that adds a lot of flavour – usually of an earthy, musky sort. We roast Mandheling to just before the second crack which gives it lots of body and a lovely mild acidity. A versatile bean that is great non pressurised or even in a domestic espresso machine.
Decaf
Our decaf blend – a typically mild but well rounded blend of Fairtrade decaf beans
