For us there's lots of little things we like to do to help - like use organic milk, ethically grown coffees, and composting all our old coffee grounds and food scraps. However there's a couple of other things we're particularly proud of. The first being our certified compostable takeaway cups. These cups and lids break down into organic components within months (two weeks in a commercial composting facility) so they are totally harmless should they find their way into the great outdoors.

The second thing is carbon emmissions. We've used the ACE carbon calculator to work out the amount of carbon emmissions we need to offset to be a truly sustainable business. Then we doubled it. So in essence we're reducing CO2 in the atmosphere just by continuing to do what we do. If every business did this we'd really start seeing some progress on climate change!
