Ethiopia Guji


The Guji Mill collects coffee from small local farmers for processing. Small farms, under 2.5 acres, produce over 90% of Ethiopian coffee. Handpicked coffee cherries are dried on raised beds in the sun for 15-21 days during which the coffee is moved every 2 hours to assist in uniform drying. Only the ripest berries are picked during sorting which ensures a noticeable difference in roasting and final cup quality.
