This coffee is produced by approx 50 growers and only the best coffee is selected to be in the Popayan Reserve. These growers are located in Cauca region on the slopes of the Aldes Mountain range, the range creates a sheltered and perfectly homogeneous climate which helps produce this stunning coffee.
