Colombia Zarza is a reflection of exceptional farming and thoughtful processing - carefully selected to bring you a clean, high-quality, and sweet-tasting coffee that’s perfect for daily drinking.
Sourced from Finca Bella Vista in the renowned region of Huila, this coffee is grown with a deep respect for the land. Jhonatan Gasca and Alejandra Munoz are practicing sustainable farming, relying on the natural rhythm of the environment, including beekeeping and shade trees to support biodiversity.
Coffees from Huila are known for their sweetness and fruity acidity. This, combined with pulped coffee oxidation and 60h fermentation, has created a crisp, malic acidity and sugary sweetness contributing to a heavier mouthfeel and a very balanced brew.
Behind this coffee is the Gasca family, stewards of the coffee tradition in Huila for four generations. Their legacy of craftsmanship and innovation continues to shape every harvest, delivering a coffee that is both rooted in heritage and elevated in flavour.
