Introducing latest natural from El Indio, Colombia.

A bright and fruity brew with a sweet, syrupy finish.

This beautiful coffee comes from the southern part of Tolima, Colombia, one of the country’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Tolima is regularly featured in the Cup of Excellence and has been recognised in every major competition run by the Colombian Coffee Federation.

ASOPEP is a producer association in Plandas, Tolima, created to support and sell the coffee of the producers of the region. This particular program, called El Indio, brings together 175 dedicated coffee growers.

After picking, the coffees are put on raised beds or concrete patios where the quality team monitors this process in order to get even, dry and correct moisture of the bean - 11% moisture content is achieved.

Enjoy it with an shortbread to balance it out and highlight the fruity notes.

So delicious, we wish we had a bigger cup!
