Can I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order you've placed, please get in touch with us straight away. If your order has been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel it.

If you need to cancel a coffee subscription, you can edit your subscription from your account page.

Can I change a delivery address?

If you've made an error in your address please give us a call on 64 21 289 0116 or email at orders@eighthirty.com, and we will do our best to make the change before it is shipped.

Delivery

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping

    On orders 500g and/or $30 over.

  • Standard Shipping

    $3 on orders between 250g - 499g.

  • Rural Shipping

    Additional $3 for delivery to rural address.
Remember to enter your correct address to avoid delays in receiving your coffee. If you are unsure of your correct address visit New Zealand Post's website
